A quick video sharing a "quirk" or a "bug" in the Silhouette Studio Software in version 4.4+
I explain what is happening, how you could try to make it show properly, and tips on just waiting it out. At the time of the recording, I am not recommending the v4.5 software versions where it is supposed to be "fixed". There are worse bugs in the v4.5+ versions than not being able to see the thumbnail.
UPDATE 2/15/24: If you update to a v4.5 software version, I am recommending v4.5.770
