Northern Regalia:
You can forge it using BlackSmith Ed after beating 2-3 Flame Lurker boss and giving him the Red Hot Demon's Soul again.


PvP Trophies:
Go to 4-1 and use the Black Eye Stone for invading, and the Blue Eye Stone for helping others. There are trophies attached to them.


Mephistopheles - Ring of the Accursed:
Requires Pure Black Character Tendency. Kill Game NPCs to see her on the second floor of the Nexus. She will ask to kill other important NPCs to give you Ring of Accursed.
