This video shows you how to install a rear shock mount on your 2012-2020 Ford Focus. Often when you replace the shock mount, it will be at the same time as the shocks themselves. Occasionally, you'll only need to replace the mount. The rear shock mount secures the top of the shock assembly to the body of the vehicle. A worn shock mount can result in clunking or banging noises, poor ride quality, and even damage to the shock of vehicle body.
This repair was done on a 2014 Ford Focus SE 2.0L Sedan 4-Door FWD and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2012 Ford Focus
2013 Ford Focus
2014 Ford Focus
2015 Ford Focus
2016 Ford Focus
2017 Ford Focus
2018 Ford Focus
