During its investigation, whistleblowers identified Sasol and ArcelorMittal South Africa as possible polluters. But even after the release of the report, sewage still spills into rivers across the country.
In Oranjeville in the Free State, residents say nothing has changed.
They accuse the Metsimaholo Municipality of ignoring sewage spillages in their area.
