Al Vivian and Bernice King speak on the Derek Chauvin (George Floyd) Trial and Voter Suppression efforts taking place across the nation. This national effort to suppress the votes of Black and Brown people started in GA (via SB-202). Al, Bernice and John-Miles Lewis, the children of three of the most prominent people who successfully fought and garnered voting rights for African-Americans (MLK, C.T. Vivian & John Lewis) wrote an open letter to CEOs of GA-Based Corporations making the case for why is in their best interest to fight against legislation designed to suppress the votes of any legally authorized U.S. voter.
