When I flipped the switch, one tool I really wanted to learn was the kettlebell. My swing was terrible at first, but I didn’t care—I just went for it. Just over a year later, I’m a new man and much better at the swing, though it’s still a work in progress.
I’ve completely changed my diet, stayed consistent with workouts, and enjoyed the journey. Every day, I see how much progress I’ve made, but there’s always more to learn.
I quit alcohol and weed, realizing my creativity and fun come from within. I’ve found that I can still enjoy life socially without substances.
Personal faith has become a daily practice, helping me maintain a strong mindset. Above all, discipline has shown me that mindset shapes outcomes. If you believe in yourself, you’ll achieve your goals.
Our health is the one thing we can truly control, and I was ready to take control of mine.
