How to set up and use Cortana on Windows 10 PC. One of the standout new features found in Windows 10 is the addition of Cortana. For those unfamiliar, Cortana is a voice-activated personal assistant. Think of it like Siri, but for Windows. You can use it to get weather forecasts, set reminders, tell you jokes, send an email, find files, search the Internet and so on. But usually, We have to manually tab it in order to speak to Cortana but Microsoft has released the future to activate the Cortana just by saying "Hi Cortana".
