One of our favorite parts of travel is trying the local foods wherever we go. So after arriving in Panama, we quickly asked ourselves, what is Panamanian food like?

In this vlog, we tour around the small town of Coronado, just an hour outside of Panama City, and try some of the most authentic Panamanian dishes we could find. We had a couple of lunch/dinner dishes, a local favorite Panamanian-style bread, and even tried the region's official dessert.
