IntegrateLive! Episode 10 was special. We featured the largest MQTT Sparkplug build out ever done, in real time on a live webinar! Hardware from Opto 22, SignalFire, and Phoenix Contact, and software from Software Toolbox's DataHub incorporated both legacy/brownfield PLC data (Siemens and Rockwell) and new/greenfield data into secure MQTT Sparkplug publishing sessions through a Cirrus Link Chariot broker with outbound only communication to an enterprise data center.

Thanks to Ignition SCADA we replicated all traffic to an Azure cluster of HiveMQ MQTT brokers and published all data to the cloud. Canary data historian and Flow data analytics rounded out the enterprise solution, providing data history and real time analytics that got published both up to cloud and back down to site.

Opto 22 ran Ignition Edge on it's groov EPIC controller and incorporated both control and enterprise data feeds from Flow Software at the edge.
