For completion of the sixth week of the Omer Yehudit shares the movements from her Otiyot Hayyot system of embodying the Hebrew letters and the Nikudot (Hebrew vowel signs) which she uses to count the each day the Omer. In this video she demonstrates how to perform the movements for the NIkudot combinations for the week of Yesod (Shuruk). After the review she demonstrates how she embodies the Nikudot for the first day of the seventh week: the Segol (Chesed) combined with letting herself be breathed by HaShem (Malchut). She is wearing colors (according to the rainbow system) to remind her of the day of the Omer when Chesed (purple top) sh'b'Malchut (brown skirt) falls on the sixth day of the week (red scarf for Yesod).
