First week back on the grind! After around 10 days of easy running, the first full week of training commences. It’s always a bit of a shock to the system coming back from an off-season for me personally, my body often picks up little niggles here and there, so it’s important to be sensible in this phase. But oh boy am I happy to be back on the grind, doing what I love and taking you guys on the journey with me. I’m sure there will be plenty of ups and downs along the way but I’m here for keeping it real. I hope you enjoy the video!
P.S Beth competed in the Frankfurt Marathon this Sunday just gone. I’m sorry I didn’t get the video out to you guys sooner but she smashed her debut in 2.37! What a star!
