'Armed ATTACKER Starts Fire on Tokyo Metro Carriage'
A fire and knife attack on Tokyo's metro has injured 17 and left one in a critical condition.
The attack happened near Shinjuku, the world’s busiest rail station, on Sunday evening.
Witnesses have described a man walking through the train cars waving a blooded knife after dousing parts of the train with an unspecified liquid and starting a fire.
