Vitex agnus castus, herb for the ladies is not such a beenficial hern for the men, unless of course you are a monk and chastdy is what you are seeking. Named Chaste tree and monks pepper as the berries were popped into the habits or hoods of the clothing of monks to dispelling any erections. Interestingly it does nit have this effect on the ladies and is a wonderful hormone balancer being used for all hormonal issues from beginning of menses to menopause.
