A. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application V20-08 filed by
Erich F. Cox for a variance to the side setback requirements of the City of
Longview Zoning Ordinance, Article 9, Section 103 to allow for approximately
6-foot corner side setback instead of the required 10-foot corner side
minimum for a single-family dwelling on a corner lot located at 1501 Booker
Street (Lot 10 of East Midland Addition).
