On every video where I suggest that protein shakes are a cost-effective and convenient way to hit your daily target, I get flooded with comments that say that protein powder isn’t “real” food, and people should stick to chicken, beef, and eggs.
Protein powder is absolutely a whole food, and a whole protein.
Whey protein powder is just dehydrated milk proteins. It’s safe, cheap and effective. Just because it comes in a tub, doesn’t mean it's bad for you.
