This cake is easy to make. Great for birthdays, kids parties, for fans of polar bears.
Ingredients:
1. 2 butter cake mix boxes (or use vanilla sponge or pound cake mixes)
2. Buttercream or vanilla frosting
3. 1 or 2 round biscuits, to create ears
4. Black fondant (or use dark chocolate frosting and black gel food coloring to create black color frosting and pipe on top of cake to create eyes, nose, paws)
5. Round cookie cutter 5.5cm (2.1 inch), to create nose
6. Small round cookie cutter 2cm (0.8 inch), to create eyes
7. Round nozzle tip 1cm (1/2 inch) in diameter, to create paws
8. 2 x 85g (2 x 3 oz) packets of blue jelly, plus about 10g ( oz) of clear unflavored gelatin extra to make jelly more firmer.
9. Serving plate 30 x 48cm (12 x 19 inch)
10. Standard muffin tray 6-hole capacity, to make 6 standard cupcakes, to make paws
11. Round heatproof glass bowl 16cm (6 1/2 inch) in diameter, to make head of polar bear
