I seasoned up a nice chuck roast with Uncle Steve's Smoke Bomb Rub and cooked it on the Weber Kettle Rotisserie over hickory wood. Nice bark, nice smoke ring and Great Flavor!! YUMM!! Sliced with my new Dalstrong Gladiator Series 8.5" Kiritsuke Knife.
