I attended the @amplience New Experience Horizons Summit at the London Science Museum and summarized the bits I liked. An amazing show in a great location. There were some fascinating discussions about @ecommerce and how retailers and brands are tackling how to deliver experiences their customers are now craving for after lockdown and the shift towards digital being the primary channel. Some interesting discussions from Vin Palat
(Currys) on how stores can still play an important role in digital omnichannel experiences and the innovations in bringing stores associates and customers together digitally.
There were some very engaging discussions from both Paul Hornby (The Very Group) and Tim Jocobs (Missguided) on digital transformation from a monolith to MACH based Architecture.
What was truly mindblowing was the session from Brian Cox who discussed the black holes and how they relate to information management.
