Hear Mr Gjeta's use of foul language directed at the Greater London Authority's Customer at [ Ссылка ]

Having said the customer should trust him, and he never had any complaints ... it turned out he was engaged in a potentially murderous deception.
He left his mate Loren Domi to do replace the customer's boiler - under the Mayor of London's boiler replacement scheme - whilst he left the site, probably to work elsewhere. Mr Domi is not Gas Safe registered - his work was illegal.

When it turned out Mr Domi's work was seriously sub-standard and the Customer had him call Mr Gjeta in the following day, Mr Gjeta, who had supposedly done one of the three surveys (all three were a sham), intended to rectify the work himself and to complete it three days later (leaving the customer without a water supply) knowing there was a potential asbestos risk highlighted by the surveyor sent in under the Warm Front scheme - the original installers of the heating system. A risk he had failed to identify. Mr Gjeta told the customer to keep quiet about the asbestos concern.

It's all recorded but denied by the contractor and the GLA.
