Full title reads: "Paris. Fall In Against Fall Out!"
Paris, France.
A French man - Monsieur Dupont - reads an article about radiation in a newspaper. He looks shocked. He marks on a map where fall out would reach is Paris were hit by an Atomic bomb. He goes onto the roof and looks through binoculars. He imagines he has seen a nuclear mushroom cloud and so rushes off to by a Geiger counter / rad meter.
Monsieur Dupont goes around the food market checking the produce to see if it is radioactive.
Dupont's son comes in to kiss him good night, but he has to be tested before they can touch.
Dupont wanders along the River Seine, past Notre Dam Cathedral testing each step as he goes. He meets a young woman and points his counter at her bust and his Geiger counter explodes. The girl runs away and screams.
