Norm Maktima is a former world champion fly fisherman with Team USA and is now a coach with Team USA. I typically avoid the Rio Grande during the summer months due to high water temps and extremely unpredictable fishing conditions, but this didn't stop Norm from having a fantastic morning fly fishing the Rio Grande!
