Light and fluffy Brioche Burger buns recipe here for you all. These are the dog's whatsits these, I'm tellin' you. People say Brioche bread is too heavy for a burger but they're telling fibs 'cos these are lighter than one of those dogs that Paris Hilton used to carry around in her bag - so don't worry.
Full Brioche burger buns recipe:
400g plus maybe 1 or 2 tsps of pizza flour
250ml luke warm milk
100g melted butter
2 eggs
1.5 tsps salt
1 sachet of dried yeast
2 tsps sugar
1 beaten egg plus a teaspoon of milk for the egg wash
Bake in a preheated oven for 16-18 minutes. Set the oven to 220 degrees C and turn down to 200 when the buns go in.
