Prosecutors say newly released video from the FBI shows a New York man named Cody Mattice spraying some sort of chemical irritant at officers as another officer sprays back during the Capitol riot in the tunnel about 4pm on January 6th.
Mattice allegedly told the FBI that he was spraying rioters to stop them from attacking officers but newly released videos from the FBI show another story.
