Defence leaders of NATO and about 50 other countries have converged on Ramstein Air Base in Germany to discuss a new package of military aid for Ukraine. US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has offered a new package of arms and munitions worth US$2.5 billion. Russia has slammed the meeting, adding it is unlikely to change the course of the conflict.
