In today's video you'll learn one of my favorite downswing drills to get you into a powerful, consistent impact position that will give you more compression and help you make solid contact. It will correct early extension and the classic "over-the-top" move that plagues so many amateur golfers. The key is getting the right amount of side bend. It will force you to rotate your body through the shot, and keep your arms connected to your body for better control and consistency.

I started playing competitive golf at a young age, ultimately reaching #3 in the California junior golf rankings - just behind another promising young golfer named Tiger Woods. I also played collegiate golf at the University of Southern California and professional golf on the Omega Asian Tour.
