Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that typically occurs during the period of shorter days and less sunshine in the winter months. Symptoms include fatigue, anxiety, mood swings, difficulty concentrating, and more. But with the right plan and lifestyle changes, managing SAD is possible.
