NATO allies Germany and Poland are reportedly at odds over repair of damaged Leopard tanks from Ukraine. According to a Der Spiegel report, Berlin and Warsaw are at loggerheads over the cost of the repairs, with the latter being accused of setting "unrealistic" prices.
