Frinton-on-Sea is a small seaside town, in the Tendring district of Essex, England. It is part of Frinton and Walton civil parish. It is home to the quiet and gently shelving sandy family beach noted for its cleanliness and gentility.
A walk in one direction brings you to Walton on the Naze, a lively seaside resort and in the other direction to Holland Haven Country Park, a local nature reserve.
