If You Have Masoor Dal & Flour At Home, You Can Make This Delicious Pinwheel Samosa | Lentil Snacks
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¼ Cup Masoor Dal / Red Lentil
Soak For 15 Min.
Wash Well
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Onion
1 Green Chilli
Cook For 2 Min.
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
½ Tspn Salt
½ Tspn Ginger Garlic Paste
Washed Daal
Cook For 1 Min.
1 Cup Water
Cook For 10 Min.
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Dry Out The Water
Keep Aside
1 Cup Flour / Maida
½ Tspn Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Water
Make Dough
Rub Some Oil
Take Some Dough
Roll
Spread Cooked Daal
Roll
Cut Into Pieces
Flour Slurry:
3 Tbsp Flour / Maida
1/3 Cup Water
Mix Well
Dip In Flour Slurry
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 7-8 Min.
