The Chief Minister was welcomed with a carpet as the people in Bihar are struggling for basic amenities like water, food, and shelter. The flood claimed around 102 lives have in Bihar and it may rise if help is not provided for the people. The Dy CM Sushil Kumar Modi is avoiding the question related to the Bihar floods and he has time to watch the movie twice instead of helping the state. Not all people are provided with shelter as the people travel through water. The ground reality is very different in Bihar.
