Whilst filming 70000 Britannia at Crewe Station on Friday morning May 24th as I was filming the steam train out of platform 12 this guy walks up the platform demanding me and other enthusiasts leave the platform and it made me anxious because I didn’t know who he was and why he was telling me off he told me he was a police officer so I asked too see his badge and he was and he said I appreciate you have got your footage (I hadn’t finished filming yet as there was a locomotive on the back too) and then I was abit frustrated picked up my phone tripod as he said if you don’t leave uniform officers will come and remove you why I’m doing it suttely so I start walking up the platform still filming and was approached afterwards by 3 police officers in uniform who wouldn’t explain what they were doing in end the police were quite sound about it so hence why I blurred his face I was just disappointed more than anything that my video was interrupted by police being bossy.
