APPELATE BOARD OF REVIEW
A meeting of the Zoning Board of Review has been organized, who will be convening as an Appeals
Board, following the regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Review scheduled for Tuesday,
December 12, 2023, at 7 PM at the North Smithfield Town Hall, 83 Greene Street, North Smithfield,
Rhode Island 02896. The following Appeal Application will be heard:
BB/WW, LLC appeal the decision of the Town of North Smithfield Planning Board regarding their approval
of the master plan, for the property located at 0, 82, 88, & 116 Eddie Dowling Highway, being Plat 021,
Lot(s) 023, 024, 049 and 058 ZONING DISTRICT BH.
All persons interested in the above appeal are respectfully requested to be present at the time and place
to be heard thereon. A copy of the appeal is on file in the North Smithfield Zoning Department at Town
Hall, 83 Greene Street, North Smithfield, RI during regular business hours.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must call (401) 767-2200 at least 72
hours in advance of meeting date.
