This video is the 3rd and final video in a 3 part series where I demonstrate how to painting an abstract floral painting in my style. Please watch all 3 videos in this playlist.
I hope you enjoy them. You'll see me use several different tools, including my favorite Catalyst silicone wedge, smaller silicone shapers, my hand, brushes and a palette knife. In this final video, I talk a little about what I believe makes a good abstract painting, my thought process, colors I chose and why, and you'll see the final reveal at the end of the video.
Paint colors I used include some pre-mixed colors that I mixed myself, as I often like to do when it comes to my abstract art practice. Other than those, some of the other colors I use are:
Titanium white, Payne's grey, Gold green, Quinacridone magenta, Indigo blue, Hooker's green, and Naples yellow.
