In recent months, many large companies have begun leaving California for Texas. Everyone seems to be leaving California now moving into 2021, but why? California has always been known as one of the most prosperous states in the United States. California holds the largest state economy and many of the world’s most powerful companies are headquartered in the golden state. However, in the past year over half a million people and 1800 companies left California, with many choosing to move to Texas. Will this company exodus out of California continue in the future, and why are companies moving from California to Texas in the first place?
