Saves about 40 seconds compare to the current WR fight.

The video show basically the perfect fight but this strat is pretty much consistent if you're not doing any mistake.

-I give Kain the Draw attack augment so that Rubicante will not attack Cecil or Rosa before they cast Ultima.

So basically slow and Cry him, Bluff with Rydia then Jump with Kain, summon Shiva with Rydia and Twincast with Cecil and Rosa.
Edge's steal affect Rubicante's IA to either open or close his cloak use Steal just before Rydia summon Shiva to makes him open his cloak and be weak to ice with Slow Rydia should have the time to summon a second Shiva which along with Ultima, Jump and his own Blizarra should kill Rubicante.
Try to kill Kain before the second Shiva to get a max amount of EXP on Rosa and Rydia.
