New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that he is resigning from his position amid multiple sexual harassment allegations. In a lengthy statement, the governor took issue with a number of the allegations against him before announcing that he would be stepping down. New York Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul will become the state's first female governor in 14 days, Cuomo said.
