The amicus curiae in the Jaypee insolvency case informed the Supreme Court on Monday that homebuyers who had invested in Jaypee Infratech Ltd have claimed refund worth Rs 1150 crore on the portal and the embattled real estate firm has until now deposited Rs 550 crore out of the Rs 2000 crore with the court registry.
