Otaku Bing sometimes uses movie clips , TV series clips , web series clips , and animation series clips to explain the movie and web series , but all under section 107 of the copyright Act 1976 , allowance is made for FAIR USE for purposes such as criticism , comment , news reporting , teaching , scholarship , and research . In its most general sense , fair use is any copying of copyrighted material done for a limited and " transformative " purpose , such as to comment upon , criticize , or parody . All images , pictures , and used in the video belong to the respected owners .

These videos are transformative in a positive sense , I take clips from various sources to help create an atmospheric feeling that will help people in understanding my point more clearly . I do not wish to use the heart of any piece of the work that would perhaps decrease the market value of the original content , if anything I hope to promote the content so that people can reach out and subsequently increase the market value .
