It all starts with the skill development program at the school, where each week each student will get videos of the equipment skills and their site skills they acquired that week.
In their second week of training. The student creates a business email and a YouTube Channel.
In their third week of training, the student is introduced to Indeed.com and Craiglist.org. They go to Indeed.com and Craigslist.net , and select a city of their choice and sign up to receive Job Alerts.
In their fourth week of training, th estudent learns how to send links. He answers his Job Alerts by sending a link of a video from his YouTube Channel to the contractor.
