Even though summer is almost over, exploring northern Utah will continue on. We're happy to be home (for a while) and share this beautiful and gorgeous area from Logan Canyon, Utah. On Hwy 89, it's a scenic by-way. It's the end of August now and the grass has grown to like 5 feet tall lol... So if you're looking for something to do OUTSIDE, Curtis has some ideas for you.
: Green Canyon - is really popular with the locals. This is in #cachenationalforest and only about 5 or 10 minutes from town. It's a mild road road (but narrow) and best used for some tent camping. But it's also #freecamping. The area also offers some hiking, biking.
Then we have the
: Logan Dam - it's at the the mouth of the canyon. All family activities are welcome here also, as it has a park too. You can even rent some paddleboards if you'd like. This park also loops back up to Green Canyon.
: Nature Center - is another attraction here and a couple miles up from the Nature Center, there's a nice quiet spot to sit by the river, play in the water, fish and simply relax.
: Wind Cave - a 4 mile, round trip, moderate hike
: Right Hand and Left Hand Fork - are some roads leading to Hardware Ranch for some other #outdoorexploration.
: Logan Cave - you can check this out. It's fenced off but still an interesting stop to make.
: Temple Fork turnoff - another route to Hardware Ranch AND Bear Lake Summit. Another fun off road trail to run your ATV's and side-by-sides.
: Franklin Basin Rd. - this road leads to Idaho
: Beaver Creek Rd - GORGEOUS place!!! with #free camping
All the way through the canyon, there's plenty here to do. We hope you like this video and if you do, please hit the like button and subscribe too! thanks :)
Have a great night
