Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Ingredients:
300g minced meat
1/2 onion(chopped)
1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings:
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp vinegar sweetened
1 tbsp bean paste(taucu)
1 tsp honey
100ml of water
Method:
1)Marinade minced meat with 1 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp salt,1 tbsp soy suace,an egg,5 tbsp rice flour and onion. Mixture well and set aside.
2)Made the mixture meat into meatballs and stick the surface of the meatball with rice flour and set aside.
3)Mix all the seasoning and set aside.
4)Heat up sufficient oil in the sauce pan,deep fry meatballs over medium flame till golden brown. Take it out and strain with oil strainer.
5)Heat up 1 tbsp oil in the sauce pan,stir fry minced garlic till fragrant.
6)Add the fried meatballs and stir fry well.
7)Then add seasonings,stir fry till evenly coated and the gravy become thicken.
8)Place in serving plate and serve immediately.
