This was our first time using this new #prestodigitalcanner. In this video we canned chicken. We buy it in bulk 20-40# at a time. This new canner is a time saver for our farm as it frees up time to do other things in the house as we do not have to sit in the kitchen all day to watch over a canner. It still requires a periodic check and some some steps for you to do but it makes it easy for smaller batches. We will use it in conjunction with our older pressure canner when harvest season is in.
