I purchased a Harbor Freight 2HP dust collector to set up in my workshop, and I need to know the airflow characteristics of it in order to properly size the duct. Harbor Freight doesn't publish these numbers, nor would I trust them if they did. So, I go through the process of figuring these out using an anemometer (airflow velocity) and a homemade manometer (static suction pressure).

The airflow measurements are: 9" water gauge static suction; 5,000-5,400 ft/min airflow at 6" diameter
