DQR was officially launched at the gala reception in Malta on April 16th, 2018.
The event, which was held at The Palace, Sliema, was done in the presence of Parliamentary Secretary for Financial Services, Digital Economy and Innovation Silvio Schembri, and a number of distinguished guests from the financial and digital sector.
On the day, DQR also introduced a virtual platform simulating the way the new firm will operate its business from their offices in Sliema.
While addressing the press, Hon Silvio Schembri stated how this announcement is proof and consolidation of the work that the Government has been carrying out. He continued to state his heartfelt welcome to the team, ”As a Government, we are committed to offer DQR all our support. Kristian, and all of you present today, Malta is now your new home.”
