What a wonderful experience to spend half a day in Chiang Mai with A Chef's Tour exploring local food markets in particular North Thailand produce meat and vegetables and we also tasted the classic Khao Soi in a restaurant that dates back to 1943 and concluded the adventure with an icecream from ring the bell
