The Whiskey Crusaders review Balcones Prohibida Texas Rum Finished in Ex-Peat Casks which comes in at 100 proof. It is pot distilled finished in ex-peat casks. Phenols and Esters made from 100% domestic molasses & aged dunder which is the liquid left in a boiler after distilling a batch of rum. This is 33 months old.
