Dignitaries from Europe highlighted the historical significance of the China-Central Asia Summit, saying that the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Central Asian countries has yielded fruitful results and is of great significance to the world.
The first-ever China-Central Asia Summit was held in Xi'an on Thursday and Friday, marking the first gathering of its kind since China and the five Central Asian countries established diplomatic relations 31 years ago.
