This is a typing demonstration of a Model F-based IBM 5291 Display Station Keyboard Unit with capacitive buckling springs switches by r/ModelM mod and IBM keyboards site owner Shark! My first proper video, in fact!

About this keeb:
Specs: [ Ссылка ]
This keyboard was included with IBM 5291s, a IBM 5250-family compatible display station terminal. The keyboard's assembly is the same found in the keyboards for the IBM IBM 5322/5324 System/23 Datamaster and early IBM 5150 Personal Computers. As such, the keyboard resembles a Model F/XT in a larger case with enormous three-setting riser feet to prop the keyboard up with.
Usually, the keyboard connects to its host terminal via a very thick grey DA-15-ending cable. Bigfoots are brainless keyboards since they generate no scancodes themselves, requiring you to make your own controller to get these operational with modern PCs. I made mine operational by making a Soarer's Controller (1.20 beta 4) with a Teensy 2.0 micrcontroller board.
