Canon EOS R5 and R6 Overheating Fixed? Let's See What canon Does Next?. Well with a little trickery it looks like one can fairly easily trick the R5 and the R6 into bypassing the sensor that tells the R5 and R6 cameras that they are overheating. Or at least that enough time has gone by and that they could maybe possibly be overheating. This is almost a part 2 video in regards to the canon conspiracy that there is no actual heat sensor that is telling the camera that it is ACTUALLY overheating. But just relying on a timer. And there is now more and more proof that this is actually true. More and more videos are coming out. So we are adding the links to the videos that we are talking about and those of you that are interested are more than welcome to watch those as well. But I really do hope that Canon issues some kind of statement in regards to this and that we see some kind of firmware upgrade that fixes this issue. The ball is definitely in Canons court now.
