WAITER - 28 to 40 years old, all ethnicities male. improv/comedy very important. Character actors, fun, great comedic timing. The waiter asks the diners if they would like hot sauce and to let them know "when" for him to stop pouring.
Waiter approaches a table of a couple on a first date holding a bottle of hot sauce, like a fine wine.
WAITER:
“A bottle of our finest hot sauce.
Say when, sir.”
The waiter begins pouring hot sauce onto the plate, continues to pour for an uncomfortable amount of time as the waiter and the diner seated enter a stare-down, almost like a standoff for who will break first. The waiter keeps waiting for the diner to say “when” but holds a firm and resolute stance while pouring.
